Object and Acceptance

Access to and use of Atlas Learning are subject to the unreserved acceptance of these TOU. The user agrees to use the service fairly. The following are strictly prohibited: any attempt at hacking, reverse engineering, or abusive use of artificial intelligence tools.

Free plan, subscriptions, and billing

Atlas Free. A free tier lets you use the service without a paid subscription, subject to usage limits: successful document imports are capped at seven (7) per rolling seven-day period; AI quiz generations (a new set of questions generated from a lesson) are capped at one (1) per calendar day, according to the technical settings in force. Failed imports do not count toward the quota. Other features (subjects, messaging, flashcards, etc.) may be offered under this tier, subject to these Terms.

Atlas Pro and special pricing. Paid plans (Pro, student pricing where applicable) are described on the Pricing page; they may raise or remove certain limits as stated at signup.

Billing. Paid plan prices are shown in euros (€). Subscriptions renew tacitly (monthly or annual as chosen). You may cancel from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, subject to the payment provider’s timelines.

Messaging, embedded media, and content responsibility

Messaging lets you communicate with other users. Media features (including GIFs) may rely on links or searches involving third-party services (e.g. image hosts or catalogs such as Giphy). You remain responsible for respecting third-party rights, the legality of what you share, and your use of the service. Atlas Learning may moderate or suspend access in case of manifestly unlawful use or breach of these Terms.

Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day commercial guarantee. If the user is not satisfied with the service, they can request a full refund within this period, without justification required, by email to contact@atlaslearning.fr.

Limitation of Liability

Obligation of means: Atlas Learning provides AI processing tools (summaries, quizzes). Exam success and revision accuracy depend on the user's personal work. The company cannot be held responsible for academic results.

Service continuity: Although we aim for 24/7 availability, we cannot be held responsible for service interruptions related to maintenance or technical failures beyond our control.

Intellectual Property and AI

Imported documents remain the exclusive property of the user. Atlas Learning guarantees that no user content is used to train public artificial intelligence models.

End of adventure

If a user tries to break the site or cheat abusively, we reserve the right to close their account.
