Cookie Policy
Because transparency is essential, here is how we use connection cookies.
Definition
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. It allows the site to remember your preferences and secure your session.
Use of Cookies on Atlas Learning
We limit the use of cookies to what is strictly necessary for the service to function. We do not use any targeted advertising cookies.
Detail of Services Used
Here is the simplified list of third-party tools that may place a cookie on your machine. Other processing (e.g. AI calls or media search) may occur between our servers and providers without placing a cookie in your browser for those operations alone:
- Authentication (Supabase): Necessary to maintain the connection to your account and access your dashboard.
- Payments (Stripe): Essential for securing bank transactions.
- Display Preferences: Remembering your interface choices (Dark/Light mode).
- Performance (Vercel): Anonymous measurement of site speed to optimize user experience.
- GIF search: the request is processed on our servers and may be forwarded to a third-party provider (e.g. Giphy); this feature does not rely on a dedicated cookie on your device.
Managing Your Choices
The user can configure their browser to refuse cookies. However, refusing technical cookies (Authentication and Payment) will make the use of Atlas Learning impossible.
