Privacy Policy
Your courses belong to you. We'll simply explain how we protect your secret garden.
🔍 1. What data do we collect?
We only collect what is strictly necessary for you to study:
- Email: To log in and find your sheets.
- Name & Photo: So your dashboard reflects you.
- 📞 Phone number: We ask for it once to verify you are human (prevents bots from creating 10,000 accounts).
- Your PDFs & Images: So our AI can transform them into quizzes and flashcards.
- Payment (Stripe): Your banking info never passes through us, they are managed by Stripe (the online payment bunker).
🔒 2. How do we protect it?
All your data is encrypted (secret code). Even if someone tried to read them, they would only see gibberish. We use highly secure servers in Europe.
⏳ 3. How long do we keep them?
You decide:
- 3 years of inactivity: If you no longer use Atlas for 3 years, we delete everything cleanly.
- Immediate deletion: If you click 'Delete my account', everything disappears instantly from our servers. No trace, no hidden backup.
🧹 4. Automated File Cleanup
We do not store your source files (PDF/Images) after AI processing. They are automatically deleted from our storage within minutes to guarantee your absolute privacy.
✊ 5. Your super-powers (Rights)
According to the law (GDPR), you have total control. You can ask us at any time: 'What do you have on me?' or 'Delete everything!'.

🤖 6. What about AI?
We use AI models to read your courses, but we never sell your documents to train other public AIs. Your courses remain your intellectual property.
